摘要
目的:探讨肾囊注射给药治疗多种肾脏疾病的可行性。方法:用高效液相色谱法检测大鼠肾囊注射川芎嗪后不同时间肾组织药物浓度,并与静脉注射法比较。结果:肾囊给药组的肾组织药物浓度明显高于静脉给药组,12h达高峰,至72h仍维持较高的药物浓度。结论:肾囊注射川芎嗪后,肾囊可作为药物的储存与向肾内释放的场所。
Objective:To study the possibility of renal capsule injection in treating renal diseases.Meth-ods:Using High Pressure Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)to detect the renaltissue concentration ofTetrarmethylpyrazine,an active compound from Liqusticum chuanxiong Hort,at different time after re-nal capsule injection in SD rats and comparing with that of intravenous injection, Resluts:The Tetram-ethylpyrazine concentration of renal capsule injective group was obviously higher than that of the intra-venous one,and maintained longer.Conclusion:After renal capsule injection of Tetrarnethylpyrazine,the renal capsule can act as a storing place and release it to kidney tissue,This study has provided thescientific basis for further developing the renal capsule injective therapy.
