心脏起搏从最简单的VOO逐步升级为SSI、DDD、频率应答起搏,右室间隔及双心房、CRT起搏,最后到兼具双室起搏/频率应答/自动复律除颤/事件存储等功能的CRT-D问世,起搏治疗符合患者生理需求一直是临床医师不懈的追求,通过起搏系统软/硬件优化实现自身节律点和传导路径优先、无线远程心血管事件监测与干预,预示着多学科尖端技术的完美结合正在将起搏系统从心脏节律支持者升格为真正的心脏疾患管理者。
For most electrophysiologists, physiological pacing is a key aim. Starting with DDD pacing, rate-responsive pacing, special position pacing, CRT and CRT-D, including optimal physiological sensors, SAN/AVN first, and remote cardiac event monitor/intervention have represented advanced physiological pacing technologies. Pacemakers will become an instrument that manages cardiac diseases, rather than only controlling rhythm.
