摘要
目的通过手术室人力资源的调查与分析,达到合理分配、利用人力资源的目的。方法对我院手术室近5年的人力资源数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果①每日手术台次平均增加了3.98台;②每日工作时间平均增加17.46h;③每日每个手术台增加0.12台手术;④手术时间年增长率为11.00%,手术量年增长率为4.14%;⑤手术人员按标准配置方法计算,缺额比例逐渐增加。结论手术室直接手术护士标准配置公式:标准人数/d=总工作时间/(6.50h×工作天数),手术室应以直接手术护士标准配置公式作为基本参考依据,实现对手术室人力资源的合理调配和有效利用。
Objective To measure and analyze the workload and to predict the standard nurse staffing and rational use of human resources in operation room. Method The data of workload and allocation of human resources in operation room in the past five years were analyzed. Results The results showed that : (1)the mean number of operations per day was increased by 3.98 cases;(2)the mean working time was increased by 17.46 hours;(3)the mean number of operations per operation table per day were increased by 0. 12 cases;(4)the operation time and number of operations per year were increased by 11.00% and 4. 14% respectively;(5)the proportion of deficiency of nursing staff in operation room was increased year by year according to the formula of standard nurse staffing. Conclusion The formula of standard nurse staffing for nurses who assist the operations directly is as following:standard nurses per day equals the total working time divided by 6.50 h and the working days. In order to allocate and utilize the human resources rationally and effectively,the formula of standard nurse staffing should be used as a basis in nurse staffing in operation room.
