摘要
以2-乙氧羰基-3-溴-4,5-二甲基吡咯为原料,合成了托尼卟吩A的重要中间体2-乙氧羰基-3-溴-4-甲基-5-甲酰基吡咯,考察了不同氧化剂、温度及时间对产物收率的影响。结果表明,当以硝酸铈铵为氧化剂,且它与反应物的摩尔比为4.2∶1,反应温度为0℃,反应时间为1.5 h时,产物的收率达到最高值94.2%。
2-Ethoxycarbonyl-3-bromo-4-methyl-5-formyl-pyrrole, an important intermediate of tolyporphin A, is prepared from 2-ethoxycarbonyl-3-bromo-4,5-dimethyl-pyrrole by selective oxidation with ceric ammonium nitrate(CAN). Thus ,with CAN and the substrate in mole ratio 4. 2 1 ,reacting at 0℃ for 1.5 h, the maximum yield (94. 2% ) of the product was obtained.
