摘要
试验选用导入热带玉米种质选育的8份自交系,每份自交系选定2个测验种,对比法设计。结果表明:甸骨11A导入Suwan1、5-56选系,a1×红玉米、a2×红玉米产量对照优势18.9%、9.4%;a1×早大黄a、2×早大黄产量对照优势均为负值。红玉米导入Suwan1、EVT5选系,b1×甸骨11A,b2×甸骨11A产量对照优势14.0%、9.4%;b1×C500、b2×C500产量对照优势4.8%、12.5%。长3导入Suwan1、墨黄9选系,c1×海014、c2×海014产量对照优势15.8%、9.4%;c1×龙抗11c、2×龙抗11对照优势-4.0%、6.6%。Mo17导入Suwan1、5-50选系,d1×B73、d2×B73对照优势2.0%、-4.6%;d1×444、d2×444对照优势3.8%、12.2%。
8 self-breds from tropica1 and subtropica1 were selected, and 2 test varieties were selected for corns introduced for the variety development each self-bred. The experiment was designed for contras. The results showed: After the introduction of Suwanl and 5-56 strain, the yield of DiangullA(a1 × red corn and a2 × red corn) were 18. 9 % and 9.4 % higher than control respectively. The comparison heterosis in yield for a1 × Zaodahuang and a2 × Zaodahuang were both negative va1ues. After the introduction of Suwanl, EVT5 strain to red corn, b1 × DiangullA and b2×DiangullA had the comparison heterosis of 14.0% and 9.4% respectively, b1 ×C500 and b2 × C500 had the comparison heterosis of 4.8% and 12.5%, respectively. After the introduction of Suwanl, Mohuang 9 strain to Chang3, c1 × Hai014 and c2× Ha1014 had the comparison heterosis of 15.8% and 9.4%, respectively, c1 × Longkangll and c2× Longkangll had the heterosis of -4.0 % and 6.6 %, respectively. After the introduction of Suwanl, 5-50 strain to Mo17, d1 × B73 and d2×B73 had the comparison heterosis of 2.0% and-4.6%× d1×444 and d2×444 had the comparison heterosis of 3.8% and 12.2%, respectively.
