摘要
目的了解大学新生结核病患病情况,为结核病防治提供依据。方法对本校2000-2005年新入学大学生结核病检出情况进行统计和分析。结果22000名新生中发现可疑病例95例,确诊病例37例,总患病率170/10万,其中城镇9人,乡村28人。患病率分别为40/10万和130/10万。结论大学新生中结核病的患病率仍较高,并呈逐年上升趋势。高校卫生工作者应重视结核病的防治,在新生体检、日常诊疗工作中及时发现病人,对活动性肺结核病人实施督导治疗和住院隔离、休学治疗等是重要的防治措施。
Objective To survey the author conducted aims at investigating the real TB condition of the freshmen in Hubei University so as to provide data evidence in preventing and curing TB. Method Collecting the data from the screen tests of freshmen from 2000 to 2005 ： on the basis of the data of freshmen from 2000 to 2005, the author randomly selects samples and processes the data reflectively so as to find out the real TB conditions in these six years. Results 37 cases have been diagnosed as TB by the Wuhan Tuberculosis Sanatorium. The ratio analysis is 170 ： 100 000. Among the 37 patients themselves, 9 are from cities and 28 from the countryside. Among all the six-year-freshmen, the ratio of the urban patients is 40 ： 100 000, whereas that of the rural patients is 130 ： 100 000. Conclusion TB suffering rate tends to go up and the ratio in the rural area is much higher than in the urban area. The focus of preventing and curing TB is still on the countryside.
