摘要
结核病是21世纪严重危及人类健康的公共卫生问题。本文回顾了我国防控结核病采取的各项有效措施取得的成果,用详细的资料数据说明目前我国结核病现状及高校结核病疫情,对高校结核病防控工作进行分析探讨,并提出了在高校预防结核病疫情的7项措施:认真落实卫生部、教育部关于学校结核病防治工作的精神,建立学校结核病防控长效机制,制定学校结核病爆发疫情应急预案;加强高校新生入学时的体检工作;每年入学新生进行结核菌素试验;结核菌素试验强阳性者进行预防性治疗;以因症就诊为主发现肺结核病人;对活动性肺结核病人实施督导治疗;加强大学生结核病防治基本知识的健康教育。
Tuberculosis is a serious public health problem threatening to human health in the 21st century.In this paper,the prevention and control of tuberculosis in China,with effective measures to achiere various goals,were reviewed,and the current status of China＇s tuberculosis epidemic situation in the colleges and universities with detailed information were illuminated.Also,the TB prevention and control in colleges and universities were analyzed.At last,the sevem measures to prevent TB epidemic in colleges and universities were presented,such as to conscientiously implement the spirit of TB prevention and control work advocated by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education,to strengthen the work of the medical examination of freshmen admission,to carry out freshmen tuberculin test each year,to carry out preventive treatment for tuberculin-strong-positive freshman,to find tuberculosis patients with symptoms,to carry out DOTS for active tuberculosis patients,to strengthen the basic knowledge in health education about TB prevention and control among university students,to establish long-term mechanism for TB prevention and control in campus,and to,establish contingency plan for school tuberculosis outbreak.
