Design of classroom learning assessment system in open and distance education

摘要 远程开放教育课程学习评价系统的开发、应用是广播电视大学开展现代远程教育的客观需要,也是“基于网络的远程开放教育学习评价研究与实践”(教育部重点课题,课题批准号:DKA050165)研究的一个重要内容。本文阐述了基于网络学习评价系统的设计目标,学习评价系统的概念结构,学习评价各子系统的基本需求分析,形成性评价系统的技术设计。 The main content for learning assessment research of modern distance education is how to breakthrough the restriction of time and space separation between teachers and students, and explore scientific assessment format. The application of computer network technology has actually offered exploring space for improvement the forms of learning assessment for modern distance education. In combination with the assessment theory method of modern education and course learning assessment system for open and distance education, computer network can give full scope to the aspects of collecting, storing, delivering and processing information, reform course assessment mode for distance and open education, and offer individualized learning assessment service for the students' individualized study. The development and application of the system is the objective requirements for modern distance education of radio & TV universities and also the important research content for one of the principal program of MOE: Learning assessment research and practice for web-based distance and open education. The author raised a designing objective of web-based learning assessment system, expounded the concept framework of learning assessment system. In his view, learning assessment system should include three sub-systems: self-assessment system, formative assessment system and summative assessment system. At the end of this paper, the author further discussed the basic requirement of each sub-system and in particular, made analysis of the technological design of the formative assessment system.
