摘要
目的研究Philips Brilliance64ECG编辑软件在冠状动脉CTA检查中的临床应用价值及其影响因素。方法收集28例经ECG编辑软件处理前后的冠状动脉CTA影像进行分析,对直径≥2mm的冠状动脉数据带进行评估。影像质量按3级评分法判定,运用配对样本t检验及Spearman秩相关检验进行统计学处理。结果28例中,心律失常22例,扫描时心电图基线不稳6例。共有38个数据带出现运动伪影,36个为Ⅲ级严重伪影,2个为Ⅱ级。经ECG编辑处理后,心电编辑后1个数据带为Ⅲ级;9个数据带为Ⅱ级;28个数据带为Ⅰ级无任何伪影。配对样本t检验P<0.001;Spearman秩相关检验显示心电编辑后影像的质量与患者扫描时心率呈负相关,r=-0.485(P=0.009)。结论ECG编辑软件可以明显地减轻或消除心律失常或心电图异常导致的冠状动脉CTA伪影,提高影像的质量及检查的成功率。
Objective To evaluate the ECG-edit software of Philips Brilliance 64 CT in CT coronary angiography and its influencing factors. Methods Among the patients with CT coronary angiography in the past 8 months, 28 patients were included in this study as their images were processed with ECG-edit software. The image quality of data bands affected by abnormal ECG was analyzed, and classified into three grades. The paired-sample t test and spearman test of correlation coefficients were used to statistical analysis. Results There were 22 patients having arrhythmia, and 6 having ECG baseline abnormality. The image quality was affected in 38 data bands of 28 patients. Before processed with ECG-edit software, 36 data bands of image had severe artifact (grade Ⅲ ), 2 had mild (grade Ⅱ ). After processed, 28 data bands had no artifact (grade Ⅰ), 9 had mild, and one had severe artifact. There was significant difference between image quality of before and after ECG- edit processed (P〈0. 001). The spearman test revealed that the images quality after ECG-edit software processed was negatively correlated with the patients' heart rate (P=0. 009). Conclusion ECG-edit software can reduce or obliterate the artifact that was induced by arrhythmia or ECG baseline abnormality, and improve the image quality.
