摘要
现代学校制度的基本概念需要明确。作为教育领域的一系列制度安排,现代学校制度应具有教育人本化、校长职业化、产权明晰化、管理科学化等特征,从学校法人制度、组织制度和管理制度三方面构建,形成一种能够在市场机制、公共权力和公民社会之间获得更好的内在均衡的学校治理架构。
It is necessary to determine the concept of modern school system. As an arrangement of a series of systems in education, it is characterized by its people orientation, full-time headmaster, clear property right, and scientific management. It must embrace the systems of juridical person, organization and management to well balance marketing, public right and society.
