介绍82B盘条存在的表面质量问题,通过优化结晶器振动参数、保护渣理化指标、连铸坯加热时间等工艺,明显减轻了82B盘条的表面重皮缺陷,进一步提高了82B盘条的实物质量,满足了国内重点用户的要求。
To introduce the surface quality problems appearing in 82B wire rod. By optimizing such processes as vibration parameters of＂ crystallizer, physical and chemical index of＂ protection dregs, heating time of＂ continuous cast billet, the scars on the 82B wire rod surface are lightened obviously, the practical quality of＂ the wire rod is improved, and the requirements of＂ major consumers at home are satisfied.
