中温固体氧化物燃料电池(ITSOFC)阴极材料La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4的制备及性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐(GNP)法合成了中温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料La2-xSrxNiO4(简称LSN,x=0.0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8),利用XRD和SEM对其结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明该阴极材料与电解质Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.9(CGO)在1100℃烧结时不发生反应,且烧结2h后,二者之间可形成良好的接触界面。交流阻抗谱技术对该电极的电化学性能的研究结果表明,电极反应的速率控制步骤为电极上发生的电荷迁移反应,其中La1.6Sr0.4NiO4电极在空气中700℃下的极化电阻为2.93Ω·cm2。 Cathode materialsLa2-xSrxNiO4 (LSN) for ITSOFC (intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell) were prepared by glycine-nitrate process (GNP). The structure and morphology of the electrodes were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively. The results show that no reaction occurrs between the electrode and the Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.9 (CGO)electrolyte at 1 100 ℃ and the electrode forms good contact with the electrolyte after sintering at 1 100 ℃ for 2 h. AC impedance spectroscopy measurements were used to study the electrode performance. The charge transfer process was found to be the rate-limiting step of the electrode reactions. The La1.6Sr0.4NiO4 electrode gave an area specific resistance (ASR) of 2.93 Ω.cm^2at 700 ℃ in air.
