摘要
改革开放以来,我国的中小企业得到了长足的发展,江西省也不例外。与此同时,国家和地方出台了许多关于中小企业的政策和法规,这些政策与法规跟中小企业的发展之间存在或多或少的联系。针对不同的政策,对江西中小企业的发展提出相应的措施。
Since China＇s open - up and reform, medium and small scale enterprises have experienced fast development. Those in Jiangxi Province are no exception. Meanwhile central and local governments have made a number of policies and rules and regulations concerning these enterprises. The study explores the relations between the development of the medium and small scale enterprises and the policies and rules and regulations.
