摘要
用放射免疫法对112例脑梗塞患者于病后3~14天检测血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)含量。结果发现,脑梗塞患者TXB2和.6-K-PGF1α含量明显增高。TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α增高是促发脑梗塞的因素之一,也是脑梗塞的结果。
The plasma thromboxan B 2(TXB 2) and 6-Keto prostaglandin F 1α (6-K-PGF 1α ) levels were detected by radioimmunoassy in patients of cerebral infarction in 3~14 days after the onset .The significant elevated TXB 2 and 6-K-PGF 1α were found in the plasma of these patients .Our finding suggests that the increased level of TXB 2and 6-K-PGF 1α was not only one of the factors responsible for the cerebral infarction ,but also the result of the infarction .The elevated 6-K-PGF 1α level might be related to the recirculation and /or reperfusion of brain tissue .
