摘要
使用溶胶凝胶法,制备了W型BaCo2Fe16O27六角铁氧体,研究了该铁氧体及短切碳纤维填充的水泥基复合材料吸波性能.研究表明,在Ku波段(12~18GHz),铁氧体含量为35%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料最大微波吸收值为-8.7dB,出现在14.3GHz附近;当铁氧体含量为35%,碳纤维含量为0.2%时,复合材料具有最小约-5dB,最大约-23.7dB的微波吸收值.
Sol-gel method was used to prepare W-type BaCo2Fe16 027 hexaferrite. Microwave absorbing properties of cement-based composites infilled by the ferrite and short carbon fiber were investigated. The results show that at Ku wave range (12-18 GHz) the max microwave absorption of the composite filled with the ferrite (35% mass fraction) is -8.7 dB, nearby 14. 3 GHz. But the absorptions can reach maximum -23.7 dB and minimum -5 dB when the composite is filled with the ferrite (35% mass fraction) and the carbon fiber (0.2% mass fraction).
