摘要
高粘度流体管道输送过程中的减阻问题受到了世界范围内的普遍重视和广范研究。本文以界面理论为基础,对高粘度流体管道输送的减阻技术进行了较深入的分析研究,并作了大量的实验验证。所提出的减阻机理及工程减阻方法对实现高粘度流体的低阻力管道输送具有重要的理论指导意义和工程应用价值。
Drag reduction of pipeline transport of highly viscous fluid has drawn attention worldwide.Based on the intersurface theory in this paper the mechanism of low drag pipeline transport of highly viscous fluid has been studied systematically.The correctness and reliability of the drag reduction prediction theory has been proved by experimental results.The proposed drag reduction mechanism and drag reduction method are valuable both theoretically and in engineering to realize the low drag pipeline transport of highly viscous fluid.
