摘要
文中对水煤浆管道输送涉及到的几个方面进行了初步研究。确定了水煤浆的宾汉塑性体流型;以管道层流流动为基础分析水煤浆管道输送摩阻损失计算方法,并根据系列模型管线输送试验实测结果进行了修正;探索了温度对管道摩阻损失的影响规律以及水煤浆管道输送动态稳定性的评价方法。
A Preliminary study is made of the major aspocts involved in pipeline transportation of CWM.As a Bingham plastic fluid, its assumes a laminar flow pattern in pipeline, and based on which a method for calculating the frictional loss is proposed. Modifications are also made of the method based on data actually measured through model pipe loop. Analysis is made in the paper of the law governipg the effect of variation of temperature on frictional loss,and a method for evaluating the dynamic stability of pumping CWM through pipeline is proposed.
