摘要
研究了不同材质内墙砖的热稳定性,以及同一材质不同泥浆细度内墙砖的热稳定性。论述了坯粉性能对内墙砖热稳定性的影响。结果显示长石质内墙砖有较高的热稳定性,泥浆的细度控制在万孔筛余0.38%~0.76%,有利于内墙砖热稳定性的提高,使用含水率为6.5%~8.5%,坯粉颗粒以0.25~0.125mm为主,有利于内墙砖热稳定性的提高。
The thermal stability of inner wall tiles with different composition and different slip fineness was investigated. The influence of base powder on thermal stability of inner wall tile was discussed. The results show that the thermal stability of the feldspathic inner wall tile is better. It is useful to improve the thermal stability if the remains which can't pass through 250-mesh screen is controlled within 0.38%- 0.76% ,the percentage of moisture content is controlled within 0.65%- 0.85%, and the particle size composition is controlled within 0.25- 0. 125mm.
