摘要 介绍了生物医学信息系统的设计、实现及其功能,并讨论了on to logy及知识库构建的相关问题.基于现有的浪潮天梭TS10000集群系统,采用数据处理的新技术和新方法构建的这一用户化的、可扩展的综合系统,支持用神经影像方法来对脑结构、功能和疾病进行研究;为新的知识发现提供大量的文献数据集及神经影像on to logy和基础知识库. In order to understand and integrate diverse brain structure and function information from the level of gene to behavior, and allow for easy access, storage, maintenance, and sharing of research accomplishments and resources, an integrative biomedical information system is built which is accessible via the web for neuroimaging research. It enables the user to gather, coordinate, analyze, store and represent data from multiple underlying sources. This paper describes its design, implementation and function, and discusses the correlative aspects of construction for knowledge base and ontology. Based on~ the cluster system of T$10000 and the new technologies, the establishment of this integrated, customized and excensible system to support neuroimaging research for brain structure, function and diseases, provides the massive data set for knowledge discovery, neuroimaging ontology and knowledge base.
