摘要
客户关系管理(CRM)系统近年来得到普遍关注,然而实施CRM的技术模型还没有固定框架.通过对J2EE体系结构的分析,本文提出一种基于J2EE开发平台的CRM系统模型和体系结构的设计方法.开发出的系统易于功能扩充和移植,具有分布式的特点.
The customer relationship management(CRM) has received close attention for recent years.However,the technical model to implement CRM has not been fixed.Through analyzing J2EE system structure,the paper presents CRM`s system model and design method based on J2EE developing platform.Developed system is easy to expand and transplant its functions.At the same time,it is of characters distributed.
