摘要
目的:评价纳米铜/低密度聚乙烯复合材料宫内节育器(IUD)的安全性。方法:实验家兔分为对照组、裸铜组、低剂量纳米铜组(0.5-1.0μg/d)和高剂量纳米铜组(1.1-2.0μg/d)。于置器后56d取子宫内膜做扫描电镜和透射电镜检查。结果:裸铜组家兔子宫内膜上皮细胞微绒毛排列不规则,胞浆内出现大空泡,微丝结构增多,粗面内质网扩张,细胞间连接装置变宽。纳米铜组家兔子宫内膜上皮细胞微绒毛脱落,细胞形态基本正常,细胞核结构正常,胞浆内粗面内质网轻度扩张,细胞间连接装置正常。结论:形态学改变相比较说明纳米铜IUD对家兔子宫内膜超微结构影响较轻,对子宫内膜的刺激作用较小,从而可能会减少置IUD初期子宫异常出血、疼痛等不良反应的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the influence of Nano-Cu/LDPE-IUD on ultrastructure of rabbit endometrium. Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were divided randomly into control group, Cu-IUD group, low dose (10μg/d) and high dose (20μg/d) Nano-Cu/LDPE IUD groups. The endornetrial tissues of the rabbits were studied by scanning and transmission electron microscopy 56 d after insertion of Cu-IUD and Nano-Cu/LDPE-IUD. Results: Irregular pattern of microvilli of epithelial cells, big vacuole and swollen mitochondria in cytoplasm, increased microfilaments and broadened cell-cell junction were observed in Cu-IUD group. The morphological changes of Nano-Cu/LDPE-IUD groups were characterized by shed microvilli of epithelium cells, normal nuclear structure and shape of epithelium cells, slight swollen mitochondria in cytoplasm and normal cell-cell junction. Conclusion: The morphological information of the groups was compared, stimulation caused by Nano-Cu/LDPE- IUD was gentler than that induced by Cu-IUD, Nano-Cu/LDPE-IUD could lessen abnormal bleeding and pain caused by Cu-IUD.
