大肠癌组织中AnnexinⅠ蛋白的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨AnnexinⅠ(AnxⅠ)蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌发生、发展和转移的关系。方法应用SP免疫组化法检测95例大肠癌及35例正常大肠黏膜组织中AnxⅠ蛋白的表达情况。结果正常组AnxⅠ蛋白不表达,大肠癌无淋巴结转移组和淋巴结转移组AnxⅠ蛋白表达率分别为28·6%(10/35)和53·3%(32/60),三组间表达差异具有显著性(P<0·01);其中,转移组表达率高于无转移组(P<0·05),无转移组表达率高于正常组(P<0·01)。其表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0·05),但与组织学分型及病理分级无关(P>0·05)。大肠癌转移组淋巴结转移癌AnxⅠ蛋白表达率(42·9%,15/35)较原发癌(51·4%,18/35)低,但二者差异无显著性(P>0·05)。结论AnxⅠ蛋白表达上调与大肠癌发生发展和转移密切相关,可作为反映大肠癌生物学行为和判断预后的重要指征。 Purpose To investigate the relationship between the expression of Annexin Ⅰ (Anx Ⅰ ) protein and tumorigensis, progression and metastasis in colorectal carcinomas. Methods 95 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and 35 cases of normal colorectal tissues were examined by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of Anx Ⅰ protein was negative in normal group. The positive rate of Anx Ⅰ protein was 28. 6% (10/35)in non-metastasis group and 53.3% (32/60)in metastasis group of colorectal carcinomas, respectively, significantly higher than that in normal group( P 〈 0. 01 ) and in non-metastasis group( P 〈 0. 05 ), there existed significant difference in three groups( P 〈0.01 ). The expression of Anx Ⅰ protein was positively related to lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no closely related to histological types and differentiation grades( P 〉 0. 05 ). The positive rate of Anx Ⅰ protein was lower in metastatic tumor(42. 9% , 13/35 )than that in situ tumor( 51.4% , 18/35 )in metastasis group of colorectal carcinomas, but there was no significant difference between them ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The upexpression of Anx Ⅰ protein is closely related to tumorigensis, progression and metastasis in colorectal carcinomas. Anx Ⅰ is an important indication for the biological behaviors and prognosis of colorectal carcinomas.
