摘要
环境公益诉讼是改善我国目前环境保护状况的有效途径。从国人环境公益诉讼的成功实践出发,分析了我国现行环境公益诉讼的不足,阐述了建立环境公益诉讼制度的必要性,提出了环境公益诉讼立法及建立配套制度的建议。
Environmental public interest litigation is an effective way to improve our current situation of environmental protection. Starting with our successful practice of the environmental public interest litigation, the article presents an analysis of our current environment of inadequate public proceedings, expounded the need for the establishment of environmental public interest litigation system, and put forward a package of environmental public interest litigation legislation and supporting system .
