摘要
为实现医院跨越式发展的目标,作者论述了建立医院ISO9000质量管理体系考评和链式管理模式的指导思想、考评组织的结构、考评方法、考评内容、考评结果、通过该机制的构建．使全员质量和责任意识进一步增强；医院管理工作进一步规范；医院形象和社会效益进一步提升。
The author elaborated the ideology of establishing ISO9000 evaluation system of quality management and chain management mode, the structure of evaluation organization, evaluation method, contents, and results. The new system has enhanced the responsibility consciousnesses of staff, unify hospital management, and promote society benefit.
