摘要
医院药学管理工作中引入ISO质量管理体系。探讨了提高药学管理水平的途径和方法。结果表明药学事业迅速发展,工作有章可循,药学管理的制度化、程序化程度提高。
The way of improving the pharmacy management level was discussed in the article, through the ISO quantity management system being applied to the hospital pharmacy management and the plan being executed according to the system＇s request The results showed that the pharmacy developed rapidly and the degree of institutionalized process was increased.
