摘要
用硫酰氟熏蒸处理储粮害虫,对储粮害虫活性及硫酰氟的残留量进行了试验研究。在温度15~10℃下密闭熏蒸16h,供试虫种的致死中量为:锯齿谷盗I皿n=1.4125g/m^3,谷蠹LD50=1.972g/m^3,玉米象LD50=2.512g/m^3,甜食虫LD50=3.715g/m^3,赤拟谷盗LD50:7.446g/m^3。混入二氧化碳能使硫酰氟分散增匀,促进药剂渗透,有增效作用。建议在开拓硫酰氟应用于储粮时,5~10g/m^3剂量硫酰氟混入二氧化碳14~16d,处理后的含氟量均低于国家规定的允许量。
Sulphuryl fluoride was used to fumigate stored grain pests and its influence on pest activity and residue in grain was tested. When fumigating for 16 hours under temperature of 15-10 Oryzaephilus surinamensis LD50 = 1. 4125 g/m^3, Rhizopertha dominica LD50 = 1. 972 g/m^3, Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky LD50 = 2. 512 g/ m^3, Martiunas demestoides Chevr. LD50 = 3. 715 g/m^3, Tribolium ferrugineum Fab. LD50 = 7. 446 g/m^3. Mix- ing with Carbon dioxide can make Sulphuryl fluoride even distribution and accelerate chemical penetration and has synergism. It is suggested that when treating stored grain, mixing carbon dioxide with sulphuryl fluoride (5 g/m^3-10 g/m^3 and fumigating) for 14- 16 days, fluorine content after treatment is averagely below the permission content of the state.
