摘要
本研究是以明胶为原料,用盐酸水解,亚硝酸钠氧化,D61大孔径阳离子交换树脂分离提取L-羟脯氨酸和L-脯氨酸,并分别得到L-羟脯氨酸和L-脯氨酸纯品晶体,并计算各自得率和提取率。
A process for isolating L- hydroxyproline and L-proline has been presented. The procedures of this method were as follows： first hydrolyzed the glutin by HCI, then oxidized it by sodium nitrite, and finally isolated L-hydroxy proline and L-proline from hydrolysis solution by positive ion exchange resin-D61. The average yields of obtained pure L-hydroxyproline and L-proline were calculated in the end.
