摘要
通过对城市房屋的拆迁补偿安置问题的研究,论述了城市房屋拆迁补偿的概念及补偿方式;提出了商业性拆迁和公益性拆迁两种城市房屋拆迁补偿程序,分析了两种拆迁补偿程序的区别,并进一步阐述了对城市房屋拆迁补偿问题的思考。
By studying urban-house removing compensation problem, the authors discuss the concepts of urban-house removing compensation and compensation mode, put forward two compensation program of city house removing of commercial removing and non-commercial removing, analyze the difference between two compensation programs and expatiate the consideration to urban-house removing compensation problem.
