摘要
侵占罪的犯罪对象是法学研究领域一个值得深入研究的问题。本文就侵占罪的犯罪对象所涉及的要素进行了分析,旨在全面有效地保护公私财产所有权。
The target of criminal offense of misappropriation is a problem deserving of study in the field of science of law. This thesis analyses the factors related to the target of criminal offense of misappropriation and aims to protect the ownership of property efficiently from every side.
