心脏病外科手术后房内折返性心动过速的机制及其治疗研究进展
摘要
房内折返性心动过速(IART)是心脏病外科手术后常见的并发症,会增加手术的死亡率和致残率,其发生机制与心房内的手术疤痕形成等诸多因素相关。目前人们已经对其电生理特征具有一定的认识。抗心律失常药物和抗心律失常起搏对于先天性心脏病术后IART的治疗不满意甚至还有诸多禁忌。目前多种射频消融治疗方法的疗效令人鼓舞,人们仍在探索新的标测和消融方法。
