摘要
导管射频消融手术是目前治疗心律失常实用、快速而有效的方法。在电生理标测和射频消融治疗过程中,导管的定位是至关重要的,图像的引导可以很好地对导管进行定位,在很大程度上提高了手术的可靠性和有效性。从而推动了图像引导下多道电生理检测的发展。目前,医学图像的引导可分为二维和三维,在心内手术方面,二维的方式主要是通过X线图像进行引导,而三维的图像引导主要是通过事先建立的三维模型以及导管的定位系统来实现的。
The catheter radiofrequency ablation is now an effective and fast way to cure the arrhythmias.During the cardiac electrophysiological mapping and the radiofrequency curing,it is important to locate the catheter in the current position.The image guided can provide a good way to locate the catheter in the heart.In other words,it can improve the security and the efficiency of the operations.In such ways,it promotes the development of image guided Multi-channel electrophysiology recorder.Now ,in the medical image guided system,images can be diviede into the two dimension images and three dimension images.In the endocardiac operations,we usually make the X-Ray image as the two dimensioon image to guide it and the three dimension image guided is realized by the 3D end ocardium model which is made before and the catheter location system.
