摘要
食品加工和运输中很多情况下要采用容器进行,复合材料食品容器具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、耐冲击且成本低的特点,并具有很强的市场竞争力。国外对复合材料食品容器进行了的大量研究应用,国内的复合材料食品容器制造业起步较晚,且复合材料本身强度低、刚度差等问题,很多厂家不敢采用复合材料食品容器,分析了其主要原因,提出了解决复合材料食品容器目前存在的问题和所要研究的内容,讨论复合材料食品容器的研究进展和应用前景。
Food is processed and transported usually in containers. Composite food containers are light in weight, corrosion-resistant, compact-resistant and inexpensive, and therefore are quite competitive at the market. A great deal of research of them has been carried out abroad and our country started the research much later. They are not widely used because composite has its own weaknesses. This paper analyzes the reasons, puts forward solutions to the existing problems of composite food containers, and discusses the prospect and their applications in the future.
