摘要
研究不同分化程度胃腺癌细胞对紫杉醇注射液、奥沙利铂的敏感性。将不同浓度的紫杉醇、奥沙利铂与2株不同分化程度的胃腺癌细胞株共同温育,用MTT方法分别检测紫杉醇、奥沙利铂对胃癌细胞的增殖影响。紫杉醇、奥沙利铂分别对2株胃癌细胞的增殖具有显著的抑制作用,中分化的SGC7901细胞株对2种化疗药物的敏感性明显高于低分化的MKN45细胞株。
To investigate the sensitivity of paclitaxel or oxaliplatin in gastric cancer cell lines. Two gastric cancer cell lines with various degrees of differentiation were incubated with paclitaxel or oxaliplatin of various concentration. The cytotoxicity was examined by MTI＇ test. Paclitaxel or oxaliplatin had a significant killing effect on human gastric cancer cells in vitro. Moderately differentiated gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901 is more sensitivity to chemotherapy than poorly differentiated gastric cancer cell line MKN 45.
