摘要
提出CAS-OB喷粉精炼工艺,通过向钢液中喷吹铝、氧化钙、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝等粉剂,在原有钢液升温、脱氧、合金化、吹气去除夹杂物等精炼功能的基础上,增加了钢液脱硫和夹杂物变性处理功能。作为此项工作的第1步,考虑了钢液带渣的改质、钢液脱硫、钢液升温等过程的影响,建立了精炼过程喷吹粉剂的配料计算模型。
The powder injection in CAS-OB process was conducted. With the iniection of A1, CaO, SiO2 and Al2O3 powders into the molten steel during CAS-OB refining, in addition to the functions of heating, deoxidization, alloying and removing inclusions by argon bubbling , further effect of desulphurization and inclusion modification can be realized. A mathematical model has been developed to calculate the quantities of A1, CaO and Al2O3 , considering the factors of primary slag modification, desulphurization, inclusion modification and temperature rising of molten steel.
