摘要
安阳钢铁公司一炼钢两座10t电弧炉对传统工艺进行改革,采有熔氧合并,泡沫渣操作,把部分电弧炉的冶炼任务转移到钢包进行;在钢包进行终脱氧、夹杂物变性处理以及吹氩搅拌去气等操作。从理论上分析了这些操作的依据和产生的效果。通过新工艺的实施,使冶炼电耗达到了480kW·h/t的水平。
Modifications of the conventional operation process have been made on the two 10-ton electric arc furnace at I Steel Plant of Anyang lron & Steel Company including integration of melting and oxidizing steps and foamed slag operation in order to shift part of refining work from the electric arc furnace to the ladle where final deoxidization,removal of retained inclusions and argon bubbling are carried out. By application of the new Process the electric consumption has been cut down to 480kW.h/t. The applicability and practical results are theoretically analyzed.
