摘要 针对蔗糖结晶过程的控制特点,设计模糊自适应PID控制器.研究结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制器能够实现对结晶过程的关键量———过饱和度的有效控制,调节过程曲线平滑、无大的波动,能够提高蔗糖结晶的速度、缩短煮糖时间. The fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller crystal process in this paper. From the result of the in efficiently achieve to control the oversaturation , the re smooth . So the sugar crystal rate was improved and t was designe vestigation, gulating and d according to the characteristic of sugar the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller can controlling processing curve is gentle and he sugar crystal time was shorten.
