摘要 目的尽可能保存磨牙的残根残冠,提高患牙的保存率。方法选择磨牙的残根残冠,经完善的根管治疗后,采用分根法作保存修复。结果经1年观察,保存成功率91.2%,患牙能正常行使咀嚼功能。结论应用分根后修复是提高磨牙残冠保存率的好方法。 Objective To conserve molars presterior residual roots and crowns as many as possible and to increase the conservative rate of the teeth. Methods Separating roots was used for the conservative prosthetics of the molars residual roots and crowns which were selected. All these must be done after excellent root canal therapy. Results These were followed up and evaluated in one year, 91.2% of the all molars were treated Satisfactory, and these teeth can performed their mormal function. Conclusions The application of prosthetics after sepratiing roots is a good method to improve the conservative rate of molar residual roots and crowns.
