摘要
民工经济对重庆农村的发展具有非常重要的意义。劳务输出目前仍是重庆农民增加收入、摆脱贫困的主要方式之一。民工返乡创业,在消化农村剩余劳动力、吸引农村人才回流、推动小城镇建设、培育市场导向的就业机制和改善农村政治结构等方面都具有重要作用。重庆的民工经济目前还存在许多不足,政府应采取有力措施,推动重庆民工经济健康发展。
The laboring-peasant economy plays a very important role in developing the countryside of Chongqing. At present, the export of workforce is still one of the main ways for the peasants of Chongqing to increase their income and get rid of poverty. The laboring peasants＇ returning to their hometown to establish business plays an important part in such aspects as attracting talented people back to hometown, promoting the growth of small towns, developing the market-oriented employment system and so on, Some deficiencies still exist in the laboring-peasant economy of Chongqin~ Therefore the local government should take powerful measures to help the laboring-peasant economy of Chongqing to develop healthily.
