摘要
回乡创业资本是劳务经济从城市走向农村的一种资本形态,是农民工回乡创业潮的产物。回乡创业资本既包括物质资本又包括人力资本。农民工回乡创业,不仅缓解了农村就业压力,挖掘了农村人力资源,发展了农村经济,而且加快了工业化和城镇化进程,是统筹城乡发展,建设社会主义新农村的重大举措。
Returning to hometown and pioneering businesses capital is a kind of capital form born with the service economy from city to countryside, the produce of ＂returning to hometown and pioneering rush＂ . It contains both the material capital and human capital. Peasant jobbers returning to hometown to pioneer businesses, not only alleviates the rural employment pressure, excavates rural human resources, develops the rural economy, but also speeds up the rural industrialization and urbanization. This is an important way to keep the balance between the urban development and rural develop ment and construct our new countryside.
