摘要
研究了在溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)增敏剂和丙氨酸活化剂存在下,锰(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化茜素红的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的新方法。讨论了pH值和共存离子对痕量锰(Ⅱ)测定的影响。在最佳实验条件下,本法测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的线性范围为10-360μg/L,检出限为2.01×10^-8g/L。方法用于水样中痕量锰(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amout of Mn( Ⅱ ) has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Mn( Ⅱ )on oxidation of alizarin red peroxide by peroxide using alanine as an activator and cationic surfactant of cetyl pyridine bromide(CPB) as sensitizer. The optimum reaction condition was studied. The influences of the pH and the coexisted ions on the determination were discussed. At the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range was 10-360μg/L,the detection limit is 2.01 × 10^-8g/L. The sensitivity was 10 times higher than that in the absence of the surfactant. The method can be used for the determination of Mn( Ⅱ ) in alcohol with satifactory results.
