摘要
目的探讨血浆中银的测定方法。方法血浆经体积分数为0.20%的曲拉通X-100溶液稀释后,在328.1 nm波长下,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定血浆中银水平。结果本方法仪器检测限为0.14μg/L,定量限为0.48μg/L,最低检出浓度为1.40μg/L(取100.0μL血浆按10倍稀释计算);当银质量浓度在0.48-10.00μg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 4;加标回收率为97.00%-102.00%,批内精密度为1.42%-3.38%,连续3 d测定的批间精密度为1.84%-4.57%,血浆样品在4℃条件下可保存7 d。结论本方法线性关系良好、准确可靠、精密度高、操作简便、样品用量少,适用于大批量样品血浆中银的测定。
Objective To study the detection method of plasma silver. Methods Plasma silver sample was directly determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry under the wavelength of 328. 1 nm after diluting in 0. 20%( V/V) Triton X-100 solution. Results The instrument detection limit was 0. 14 μg/L,the limit of quantitation was 0. 48μg /L,and the minimum detectable concentration of plasma silver was 1. 4 μg /L( 100 μL of the plasma was diluted by 10times). There was a good linear relationship when the concentration of plasma silver was between 0. 48-10. 00 μg / L. The correlation coefficient was 0. 999 4. The within-run precision was 1. 42%-3. 38%. The between-run precision after determination of 3 continuous days was 1. 84%-4. 57%. The adding standard recovery was 97. 00%-102. 00%,and the plasma samples can be stored for 7 days under the temperature of 4 ℃. Conclusion With the features of good linear relationship,accuracy,precision,easy operation and less sample usage,this method is suitable for detecting plasma silver in large amount of samples.
