摘要
目的对比观察N-乙酰-L-胱氨酸法与氢氧化钠法处理痰标本后进行结核分枝杆菌培养的生长情况,探讨缩短结核分枝杆菌培养周期的方法。方法采用N-乙酰-L-胱氨酸法处理痰标本,并与氢氧化钠法处理痰标本同时接种于改良罗氏培养基上观察比较。结果N-乙酰-L-胱氨酸法处理痰标本后在改良罗氏培养基上的平均生长时间为22.11天,明显短于氢氧化钠法处理痰标本后在改良罗氏培养基上的平均生长时间31.96天。结论N-乙酰-L-胱氨酸法有助于肺结核的早期诊断和治疗,是一种有效、可靠的方法。
Objective To Contrast and observed the result of L- cysteine hydro chlorate and Sodium hydroxide action sputtum in Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture, to analyze reduce the methods about Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture cycle. Methods Using L - cysteine hydro chlorate action sputum and comparing with Sodium hydroxide and observing the result in reformed L- J medium. Results The average time of L- cysteine hydro chlorate were 22.11 days, it was shorter than Sodium hydroxide(31.96d) in reformed L- J medium. Conclusion The by L- cysteine hydro chlorate action sputum is helpful to diagnosis and treatment of patients with pulmonary tuerculosis, and it is efficient and reliable method.
