摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定青钢注射液中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用C18(180×4·6mmI.D10um)色谱柱,甲醇-水(0·2mol/L.调pH为3·2)(15+85)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长328nm。结果:青银注射液中绿原酸的含量为2·227±0·0414mg/ml,绿原酸线性关系为r=0·9999,平均回收率99·75%,rsd为3·51%。结论:此方法分离效果较好,方法可靠并能确保产品质量。
Objective: To establish a new method for determination of chlorogenic acid in the Qingyin injection by HPLC. Methods: Chromatographic conditions were column: C18 (180×4.6 mmⅠ. D 10 um) mobilephase, MeOH-H20 (0.2 mol/L. pH = 3.2) (15:85) flowratelml/min, detector wave length: 328 nm. Results: The content of chlorogenic acid in the Qingyin in jection is 2.227± 0.0414 mg/ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, and average recovery (ASR) was 99.75%, RSD = 3.51%. Conclusion: This method have good separate effect and is credible enough to insure the quality of products.
