摘要
目的:建立青银注射液的定性质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对青银注射液中的金银花、青蒿油进行定性鉴别。结果:在薄层层析色谱中均能检出金银花、青蒿油。结论:薄层色谱法简便、快速,重现性好,专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制之一。
Objective： To establish the quality control standards for Qingying injection. Methods： Flos lonicerae and Artcmisia oil in Qingying injcction were identified by TLC. Results： Flos lonicerae and Artemisia oil could be detected by TI,C. Conclusion： This method is spccific, simple, accurate and available for quality control of the prcparalion.
