摘要
在超声波的作用下,以FeCl3、NiCl2和氨水为主要原料,采用沉淀法制备纳米Fe2O3-NiO复合粉体。通过正交试验对试验条件进行优化。结果表明,在FeCl3溶液浓度为0.1 mol/L且溶液的pH值为6、NiO的加入量为10%(摩尔分数)、在超声反应器中保持超声状态为30 min、煅烧温度为700℃和保温时间为60 min时,制得Fe2O3-NiO纳米粉体平均粒度为60 nm左右,颗粒为球形且分散性好。
Nanometer Fe2O3-NiO particle with an average diameter of 60 nm was prepared by precipitation method in the uhrasonie using FeCl3 and NiCl2 as raw materials. The conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results show that concentration of FeCl3 solution is 0.1 mol/L and value ofpH is 6 when NiO is pulsed 10 mol%, and its ultrasonic duration time is 30 min. The sintering temperature is 700 ℃ and its temperature duration time is 60 min. The product is sphere-shaped particle with good dispersity.
