股骨颈骨折伴高凝状态患者行人工关节置换术的深静脉血栓防治 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨伴高凝状态的股骨颈骨折患者行人工关节置换术的深静脉血栓防治措施。方法常规检查凝血功能,对82例患者术前早期使用抗凝剂,其中2例术前合并深静脉血栓患者行关节置换的同时行取栓术。结果术后发生深静脉血栓为10例,取栓患者无新发血栓。结论通过不同方法确定患者的凝血状态,对术前已存在明确的高凝状态的患者尽早应用抗凝剂,合并血栓者可以同时行取栓术,能有效防止DVT的发生。
