摘要
社会资本是一种通过对体制化关系网络的占有而获得的实际或潜在的资源集合体,它对个人和社会群体的行为具有一定的影响。以社会资本理论为基础,探讨了社会资本环境下企业技术创新模式问题。首先,对利用社会资本理论研究社会问题的相关文献进行了梳理,在此基础上提出社会资本条件下企业技术创新的简单模型,其次,对不同社会资本条件下技术创新差异性进行了实证分析,最后,提出利用社会资本建立企业技术创新网络的政策建议。
Social capital is a Iiterally or potential resource unite which through occupying social relation system web and act on the peoples or group of peoples action. The thesis has researched the innovation model of enterprise based on the social capital theory. First,the article comb out the reference about technological innovation,then generate the simple innovation model of enterprise under the social capital environment. Second, the article has made a diffence about innovation element, among the province because of the different social capital. At last,the article has given a series of policy advince that how to build social capital systems to come true technological innovation of enterprise
