摘要
本文阐述了校企合作技术创新网络的内涵,探讨了校企合作技术创新网络结构模式及运行机制,提出了通过组织学习的中介作用和潜在吸收能力的调节作用校企合作创新网络对知识转移绩效产生显著正向影响。
This paper discusses the connotation of university-enterprise cooperative innovation network,explores the structure model and operation mechanism of university-enterprise cooperative innovation net-work, poses that university-enterprise cooperative innovation networks have a significant positive effecton knowledge transfer performance through the mediating role of organization learning and the regulatoryrole of potential absorptive capacity.
