Linear scheme for time-domain fluorescence molecular tomography

摘要 Based on the generalized pulse spectrum technique that was previously developed for time-domain diffuse optical tomography, we propose a linear framework of time-domain fluorescence molecular tomography for simultaneous reconstruction of both the yield and lifetime of multi-fluorophores. The methodology is exemplified for mono-component case and validated with simulated data.
