摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对盆腔静脉曲张症的诊断价值。方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫、卵巢及其静脉的二维、彩色及频谱多普勒表现。结果50例病变组中,检出盆腔静脉曲张症9例,均有盆腔静脉曲张、增宽,流速减低,范围增大,与正常组相比有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声是诊断盆腔静脉曲张症的一种有效方法。
Objective ; To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography （TVCDS） for pelvic varices. Methods; TVCDS was used to examine uterus, ovary and their veins. Results.. Nine cases of pelvic varices were diagnosed in 50 patients. Pelvic venous plexus varix and broadening, low flow-rate and enlarged range were presented in all cases. There is remarkable difference between patient group and cotrol group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Transvaginal color Doppler sonography is an effective method in diagnosing pelvic varices.
